Eligibility for Maharashtra Lek Ladki Yojana
- To avail the benefits of this scheme, the girl’s parents should be native residents of Maharashtra state.
- Along with this, the girl should be born in a poor family.
- The benefit of this scheme will be given only to those girls who are born after 1 April 2023.
- Along with this, the benefit of this scheme will be available to the girls of those families only who have orange or yellow ration card.
- Those families in rural areas whose annual income is between 15000 to 1 lakh rupees have orange ration card.
- Along with this, the families in urban areas whose annual income ranges from Rs 15,000 to Rs 1,00,000 have yellow ration cards.
- If the annual income of the family is more than Rs 1 lakh, then the girl of that family will not be given the benefit of the scheme.
