  • In case of death of a government employee receiving pension, the family will be given approximately 60% of the pension he would be receiving at that time. This will ensure financial security of the family.
  • Government employees who have served for 10 years will be given at least Rs 10,000 as pension every month. However, this amount will be increased over time keeping in view the inflation rate.
  • The government will also give dearness relief allowance to the employees who retire. This allowance will be provided on the basis of All India Consumer Price Index.
