Documents required for Uttar Pradesh Disabled Pension Scheme
To apply in this scheme, the applicant must have all these necessary documents.
1. Aadhar card – To apply, the applicant must have his own Aadhar card. If an applicant does not attach his Aadhar card with the application form, then his form is rejected.
2. Identification Card – To apply, the applicant must have his own identity card. You can also use Water ID card or Driving License as identity card.
3. Address proof – To prove that you are a resident of Uttar Pradesh, you will have to attach the residence certificate in the application form.
4. Income Certificate – One condition for the pension scheme is that the monthly income of the applicant should not exceed Rs 1000.
5. Birth Certificate – The applicant must have his/her own birth certificate.
6. Disability Certificate – You will also have to attach a disability certificate to prove your disability.
