4. Under this scheme, the government provides people the option to buy flats in four districts – Gurugram, Panchkula, Sonipat and Faridabad.

1. Only residents of Haryana can apply in this scheme.
2. Only those people can apply for this scheme whose family’s annual income is less than Rs. 1,80,000.
3. Families who do not have a permanent house to live in and live in a kutcha house or a rented house can apply for this scheme.
4. Those who have already got the benefit of PM Awas Yojana are not eligible to get the benefit of this scheme.
